This policy explains what Arrick Media Group LLC does with information from this website. It is written to be read rather than to be long. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
What we collect#
When you use the form on this site. We ask for your name, email, phone, business name, what kind of project is this, current website, if you have one, what is it built on, do you own a domain name, what should this website achieve, who are your customers, pages and features you know you need, websites you like, what visual assets do you have, is the written content ready, do you plan to run ads to this website, do you need the site connected to anything, budget range, when would you like it live and who signs this off, along with whatever you write in the message. We also record the page you sent it from and the IP address the message came from, which is used to block automated spam.
When you simply visit. Our web host keeps standard server logs: the pages requested, the time, the browser, and the IP address. These are ordinary technical records and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect. We do not take payment on this website, we do not run a mailing list from it, and there are no customer accounts to create. We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial details, government identification, or health information. If a form on this site ever asks you for any of that, it is not ours.
Why we have it#
To reply to you. That is the whole purpose of the form. We use your details to answer your question, quote for the work, and carry it out if you go ahead. We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Cookies, analytics and advertising#
This site uses tracking software that sets cookies in your browser and shares information with the companies that provide it. That includes analytics such as Google Analytics, advertising tools such as the Meta pixel, and other services that monitor how people find and use the site.
We use this to understand which pages people read, where visitors come from, and which enquiries came from which marketing. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell what it collects.
You can refuse these by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser’s private mode. The site works normally either way.
Your choices#
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email alex@innervate.media and we will deal with it. You do not need to give a reason.
Children#
This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes#
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top.
